Central Renewal Team

In the light of the Holy Scripture and teachings of the Church the members of the Congregation were given spiritual renewal course from the beginning. For the fruitful functioning of the animation programme a renewal team consisting of six members was formed by General Council. They stay in the Genealate and conduct annual retreats, 40 days and 33 days retreats for sisters and special retreats for Candidates of all stages.

Prayer House (Tabor)

Tabor is the power house of the Daughters of Mary from where we are restoring the spiritual energy to live consecrated life and proclamation of the Word of God. 40 days retreat is over for all the members. Now we are conducting 33 days retreat for all and in separate groups for the jubilarians and those who are preparing for the final profession. We are giving 10 days directed retreat, 20 days and 40 days retreat for the novices, who are preparing for the first profession.

Superior’s Conference, Retreats, Seminars and Courses

We conduct superior’s conference in General and Provincial level. We are giving annual retreat for the sisters regularly. Sisters are attending courses and seminars given by various departments of the Congregation and other institutions.

Canonical Visit

Once in six years Superior General visits each convents and Provincial houses are visited once in three years. Twice in a year Provincial Superior and once in a year Vice Provincial superior visit the communities. Formation house are visited by them frequently. Besides this, Major Superiors and team members make fraternal visit once in a while needs of the communities.

Contemplative House:

Under the Generalate we started a contemplative wing which was blessed on 25th August 2008 by His beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cleemis, Major Archbishop of Trivandrum. A group of seven sisters can pray here at a time. Right now the sisters are staying here for three months in prayer, penance and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, interceding for the Congregation, Church and for the whole world. By this life we aim to deepen their relationship with God and to experience the beauty of Religious life.
